• Name and surname – to personalize the user experience
• Email address – to create an account and for communication
• Profile picture – to personalize your account profile
• Address – only if you decide to provide it, e.g. when signing up for a course or for an invoice

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as financial, health, biometric or location data).

We use your data solely for the purpose of:

• Setting up and managing your account
• Sending information related to registration and the course
• Responding to inquiries and requests for assistance
• Issuing bills or invoices (if applicable)

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Our application is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children of this age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your account within the app:
Go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account and confirm your choice. This action is irreversible.

To request deletion via email:
You may also request account deletion by contacting us at support@affimira.com. Please include your registered email address in the request.

Upon deletion, all your personal data (including profile information and preferences) will be permanently removed from our active databases. Some data may be retained in our backups for a limited period solely for disaster recovery purposes or as required by law.
